The Rematch is Set
This past weekend a few of the fighters scheduled to compete on the August 7th, USA vs Canada Event were in action in Orlando, Florida as they competed at the International Kickboxing Federation's 2010 World Classic tournament. This year's annual tournament was the largest ever in the 12 year history of the event.
Nathan Key (Team USA) and Marco Capobianco (Team Canada) both fought their way to the finals of the Light Middleweight 150-160lb Full Contact Kickboxing division where they faced eachother for the tournament title. The two fighters put on a show for fans in attendance and many called it the most exciting fight of the entire tournament as Nathan Key came away with the 3-Round unanimous decision win and his 5th IKF World Classic Tournament title.
Now both fighters will go back to their hometowns of Augusta, GA and Burlington, Ontario to make changes, watch fight tapes, and prepare for their 5-Round battle that takes place in just 2 weeks in Minneapolis. Can Capobianco make the nescesary changes to get redemption over Key, or will Team USA come out victorious once again. We'll have to wait until fight night to find out, but either way...
TWIN CITIES FIGHT FANS CAN LOOK FORWARD TO ONE INCREDIBLE FIGHT!!!
